MUCKRACH FOREST
Through community and stakeholder consultation events, we shared our thinking and in turn, received and acted upon your views and ideas relating to the potential development of Muckrach Forest.
CONSULTATION PERIOD
The community engagement and consultation period ran from Monday 30 August 2021 to Monday 25 October 2021 (for 8 weeks).
Now complete, the project partners used the feedback received to inform and refine he design, securing permission from Scottish Forestry early February 2023, with planting commencing Spring 2023 and due to complete Spring 2024.
